1978 Chevrolet, C10 Pick-up Truck You are bidding on a 1978 Chevrolet, C10, ½ ton Pick-up truck, VIN# CCD148F496169. The truck has bucket seats, a rebuilt 350 ci V-8 engine with Edelbreck 4-barral and 3-speed on column trans. The truck is blue with good floor pans but needs new bed and bodywork. This truck is not junk, but is a working truck with clear title, (T1264024017). It is being sold in an “AS-IS-CONDITION”. One of my businesses was restoring vehicles and I have now retired, so I did not need this truck. Since, I have over 100 vehicles and cannot save them all, some need to be sold off to people who need the parts for their projects or would like to restore them. Please read carefully before bidding!! 1. Vehicle: This is not a new vehicle. Unless specifically noted, most all of the vehicles are being sold in a "as is condition", with no condition guarantees being offered. I will always identify New or restored vehicles as such. The only guarantees being given are to the originality and/or authenticity of the vehicle. Since I have a return policy, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the vehicle you may return it under the terms of my return policy. 2. Shipping Costs: This vehicle will need to be picked-up by the winning bidder with a car hauler at his/her sole expense. The vehicle’s title, if any, will be delivered at pick-up and only after the vehicle is fully paid for. NO VEHICLE will be removed before full payment. 3. I will not end an auction early. I do want your business, but I also want to get the maximum exposure and price for my items. The auction format works for me, but I will sell items that I have but not up for auction at that time. I usually don't list a reserve, so the bidder who wants the item the most, can have it!! 4. All SALES ARE FINAL. I welcome and encourage all bidders to ask questions. It is not my intention to misrepresent any item listed for auction. Although I do include photo(s) with the auction, I also do recognize the limitations of digital photography. I want you to be pleased when your item arrives, not disappointed. So, please ask questions before you bid, and at anytime throughout the auction.I will accept PayPal, Cashier's Checks, or Cash (only if in person) and personal checks, but all personal checks will have to clear the bank first before delivery, which is about 7 to 10 business days. Full Payment of the purchase price is required to be made by the winning bidder within four (4) days of close of this auction. A Bill of Sale will be delivered upon full payment in cash.
