This is a 1979 Chevrolet ElCamino Conquista with 56,340 miles on it. This is a excellent driving car that has No rust. Here is a run down of all the systems of the car. BODY: The body has No rust and never has had any. It has been repainted but is the original color combination. The bed is Not dented up and looks nice. All the glass is good. The body is rattle free when driving the car. All the weather seals are good. INTERIOR: The interior is perfect. It looks like a new car inside with real nice carpet and seats that have no marks or wear. The dash is real nice. ENGINE: The 305 V8 4 barrel carburetor dual exhaust engine starts rite up and runs smooth. It is quiet and does not leak. TRANSMISSION: The automatic transmission shifts smooth and is problem free. It has a special drive shaft that can be disconected at the flick of a lever so the vehicle can be towed behind a motor home, a very handy feature. SUSPENSION: The car rides smooth with no noises when hitting bumps and the shocks feel good. The power steering is tight and has no wear. This is a real nice driving car that is a pleasure to drive. BRAKES: The power disc brakes are smooth and need no attension. HEAT AC & OPTIONS: Both the heater and air conditioning work very nice. The car also has a tilt steering column, am-fm stereo radio and cruise control. The tires are good also with the original spare tire. This is a very solid example of the top of the line Conquista model that can be drivin as is and can be drivin home. It would be a reliable car to tow behind a motor home.
