up for auction is my 2006 subaru wrx tr sedan. it is equipped with the intercooled turbocharged 2.5 liter subaru boxer engine and a 5 speed manual transmission. it has symmetrical all wheel drive . standard equipment on this model includes air conditioning , power windows , mirrors and door locks , cruise control , 4 wheel anti lock disc brakes , front and side air bags , tilt steering. this car is also equipped with front fog lamps ,rear spoiler , self dimming inside rear view mirror , 6 disc in dash cd player , premium speakers and subwoofer (all factory subaru items that are not standard equipment) the car is crystal grey metallic (silver) with a black & grey 2 tone interior. it currently has 28075 miles on it . i purchased the car in portland oregon in august of 2007 with 14000 miles on it. i have taken it on several trips and it runs and drives beautifully . the car does carry a salvage title due to an accident before i purchased it. i do not have pictures of the car in its damaged state , but the auto repair shop that i purchased it from told me that they replaced the front bumper cover ,right front fender and right front door and i believe that to be true based on inspections of the car.i had the local subaru dealership change the right front strut and wheel bearing at about 23000 miles, there was a little noise and i wanted it to be perfect. the car is very nice and i am only selling it because of financial reasons(daughter in college and son about to start) , so the start bid of 9000 dollars is the lowest price i would consider , the auction will run the full length unless myself and buyer come to an arrangement , or it sells locally. i reserve the right to end auction for any reason. the interior is superb condition and has not been smoked in . the tires are still the originals and are in decent condition ,probably have about 10000 miles remaining on them. the paint is in good condition with no dents ,1 or 2 door dings from inconsiderate people that park next to you . the running gear is completely stock and has never been abused or raced .this is my personal car ,i am no dealer. there is no warranty on the car, expressed or implied. be sure before bidding that you have secured the finances for this vehicle , upon end of auction i will require the winner to place a 500 dollar deposit thru paypal within 48 hours of auction end.i will not ship the vehicle ,but will help in any way i can. full payment for the vehicle must be fully cleared into my bank before i will release the vehicle. if you have questions ,please dont hesitate to ask , if you want to talk on the phone ,send me your number and i will call you asap.thank you .dave i just read the vehicle report here on the listing, there is an error on it. it shows this car was in 2 accidents ,that is untrue , the 2nd accident date shown is actually the date when i brought the vehicle back to california and had to re-certify the vehicle (brake , light and smog certifications) . so just the be clear ,the car was in ONE accident ,not two !
