1970 Real AMC AMX 390 car. Car is a roller with the correct door tag, stamping behind the steering box and matching title (clear). The VIN plate is missing but the previous owner had it but cant find it as of now. Th VIN is A0C397X289644 . The door tag decodes this car as a Kenosha Lake Front built car BODY R030254 70 AMX MODEL 7039-7 1970 AMX Black interior that is Leather TRIM 7039-L Hialeah YELLOW PAINT 58A East Line E103792 Car has the usual AMX rust behind the seats and there are holes in the troughs. The quarters were replaced and not done well. The left side was not finished and that is probably a good thing! The car is very restorable or I would not have bought it in the first place. The car is an automatic and one of 901 (or so) built. Has a tilt wheel. This car has sub frame connected and is solid but not done too pretty. Has a “posi” rear and rolls easy. B&M shifter. Rocker mouldings are in good condition and comes with some parts in pictures but is not complete. You AMX people know what you are buying. This car needs a total restoration.
