Up for auction is my wife’s used 2010 BMW x5 35d Xdrive. This is a great vehicle with every option available except 3rd row seats. This even includes the Tech package with back-up and 360 degree cameras. Key packages are: Active Ventilated Seat Package; Cold Weather Package;Premium Package; Premium Sound Package; Rear Climate Package; Technology Package. Key Options include: Active Steering; Comfort Access Keyless Entry; Full Size Spare; Running Boards; Roof Rails; Multi-Contour Seats;Park Distance Control; Navigation System;BMW Assist with Bluetooth System;Rear Seat Entertainment;iPod and USB Adapter;Perforated Nevada Leather This x5 has roughly 57,000 miles, which are predominantly highway miles. It DOES have the 100k mile extended warranty. This x5 35d averages 22mpg and has been serviced by BMW on-time, every time. The interior is flawless and has never been smoked in. The black leather is darker than the pictures make it look, perhaps due to the sunlight. This is AWD, but it has never been off-road. While my wife likes the aftermarket look, some people will prefer the factory tires/wheels, which were put back on in order to sell the x5. However, two sets of tires/wheels come with this auction (unless you do not want the aftermarket). The factory tires/wheels have 2,000 miles on them and no flaws. The tires are 255/55r18 Michelin Latitude Touring HP. The aftermarket wheels/tires are Beyern Mesh Black/Chrome centered and made for BMW, with new Proxes ST 2 275/40r20 tires. The wheels have been on the car for 55,000 miles and each lip of every wheel has been scuffed by curbs. The tires are a month old and have about 2,500 miles on them. NOTE: When I am looking at cars on the Internet, I always ask folks if there is “anything such as scratches or dents that the pictures don’t show.” I hate being lied to. Used cars will have some wear, but I hate showing up to a car that has not been described correctly. Thus, there is a 4” scratch on the driver’s side front fender, which is shown in its own picture. It is not visible until you are on top of it. There is a small scratch by the handle on the rear passenger side door. I see 4 very small rock chips on the front bumper, but the camera will not get them (they are hard to see even when looking for them). I am not a salesperson, it has some normal wear, but I don’t see any other scratches or dents. This car is beautiful, and runs and drives great. CarFax is showing 1 entry under accidents. This car has not been in an accident. A truck scratched the car at the bank, but there was no damage to the vehicle, besides the scratch pictured on the front driver side fender. It was on private property and the driver was quite questionable, so we called the police to ensure the matter was properly documented.
