The speedometer reads 15307 miles, but in the state of Pennsylvania it is considered mileage exempt due to its age and being a classic over 20 years old. Recently Traded at our dealership on a new Harley-Davidson We are not experts on vintage Triumphs, but I will try to answer all questions as completely and honestly as possible. The bike can be seen in person at our dealership and is also for sale locally so we reserve the right to end the auction early if it is sold On Nov-07-11 at 10:01:46 PST, seller added the following information: Additional information: The frame has "not" been cut or modified, the bike has extended forks to add the rake. So the original 650 Bonneville frame is unaltered. The original frame VIN JD25578 and model code T120R identify it as a 650 Bonneville frame. I received this information by calling the previous owner and consulting with our local Triumph expert who specializes in restoring vintage Triumphs. The engine is a 750 cc and is from a 1973-1974 with a 5-speed transmission right hand shift which I'm told is rare and only from those two years. The engine number identifying it as a 750 is HJ56366 and the engine model number also stamped on the engine is T140V Please look at my new photos that show the frame has not been cut or altered at the neck, and the photos of the VIN number on the frame, the Reconstructed VIN plate, and the engine number and codes for a 750 engine.
