This is a 1969 Pontiac Firebird 350 for restoration. I bought this car a few years back and kind of put it on the back burner. I have more projects than I can get to so I'm offering it here for sale. I bought this car in Alabama, it was sold new from Brownwell Pontiac in Birmingham. This car was a daily driver until the trans went out and it was parked. She was well used and worn out when retired. This car will need a complete restoration to go back on the road. I stuck a battery in it and it will still start and run but will not move (trans is out) so must be winched on and trailered. I bought the car as all the matching drive train was there, original matching number engine, trans, and rearend and because the trunk, frame, and floors were all solid. The carb and alternator were not original but I picked number and date matching cores and they go with it in case you want to restore to original. This car was nicely optioned, I have the PHS docs on it and a clear Missouri title, it was a 350 bird, power steering, power disc brakes, air conditioning, turbo 400 trans, tinted glass, door edge guards, am/fm which is gone, decor group, console, originally a vinyl top car which was removed sometime back when the car was repainted. The car was originally Warwick blue with a dark blue vinyl top and standard blue interior. As for the body the trunk floor, shock towers, frame rails, and doors are all solid. The front fenders are rusted in the lower corners and will probably need replacing, the car will probably need quarter skins as i know they are full of mud from when it was repainted. There are a few small pin holes in the floorboards but nothing requiring complete floorpan replacement. The trunk lid has rust in the corners, I'd replace it. Everything in the interior is shot, you will need a complete interior kit. I have an extra parts console for it as the one it is busted, i also have a new gas tank for it that is included.She's rough but pretty much complete and ready for a restoration. I have a whole stack of repair receipts from back when it was on the road not that it really matters, I'd say the lifetime muffler warranty is no longer good!
