Family emergency has facilitated the sale of my pride and joy 2008 Goldwing. Before you consider my Wing, I suggest you look at all the other Wings for sale and compare the detail and level of commitment to the care and upkeep of this machine. I'm a tad OCD when it comes to the upkeep of a vehicle and the description below will bear that out. This Wing is the Titanium Audio model, 2008 with only 5242 miles!!!! It has been meticulously maintained and is in virtually showroom condition. In fact, maybe a little bit better than showroom as the Wing in stock form has somewhat of a slight suspension issue that has been addressed in my Wing. The bike has no damage and in fact has never seen a raindrop. I don't ride in any bad weather and don't ride if there is a chance of bad weather. The bike has always been stored indoors and under cover. I will address the following attributes about the bike, it's accessories and the maintenance performed. Accessories: While I know that many WIng riders like to load the bike up with chrome plated plastic items, that's not me. Most of the items that I have added were to update the Honda technology or to actually protect the machine. Honda extended warranty. This bike is covered by the HONDA extended warranty until July 2015. You get FOUR years of warranty with this bike. (500.00) Traxxion front fork brace. Installed 3 months ago. (275.00) Progressive front fork springs. Addresses the saggy, soft springs that Honda installs on the Wing. (80.00) Utopia driver's backrest. Check around, they are the best. (225.00) Hondaline front bra. (90.00) Aluminum belly pan (40.00) New battery installed 4/11 (90.00) Two (2) RAM mounts (50.00) XM radio. Onyx model. Garmin GPS (Please understand that this Garmin Widescreen completely blows away the really sad Honda Navi system. They finally fixed it in the 2012 models) Hondaline analog voltmeter installed. Why Honda didn't include this who knows (40.00) J/M Upgraded front speakers. 10mm larger cones. They can handle the Wings radio output better (80.00) "Owl lights" plexi-protectors. You don't want to be buying a new headlamp enclosure for the WIng because of a rock (40.00) Magnetic oil plug. Helps keep the oil metal flake free "Carbon fiber" type knee protectors. Keeps the Wing scuff free from the inside of your knees. Accupressure tire valve caps. Looking at the caps tells you if the tire pressure is spot on or getting low. Battery tender hook-up direct to battery, no need to take the sidecovers off, just plug the battery tender right into the bike. "Baby bumpers" as they are called. Keeps the trunk lid supported so it doesn't rub against the lower trunk. Keeps things looking nice and tight. Trunk and saddlebag carpet liners Maintenance: OK, I admit here that I've done ALOT to this bike that does not need to be done for sometime, but I can't help myself and what is done is done. I have receipts for service performed. After initial run of 103 miles on the OEM oil, oil was drained and two additonal runs of Hondaline oil were used, then switched over to synthetic. Bike now runs on Rotella Synthetic 5w/40. I have THREE oil analysis on this bike. That means that the oil was shipped to a lab, (Blackstone Labs)., analyzed, and a report was submitted to me about the condition of my oil and the internals of the motor. Needless to say, you'll receive these reports and naturally, there is ZERO problems. The coolant has been flushed with Hondaline/blue coolant. Clutch and brake lines have been flushed. Should be done every 2/3 years regardless of mileage. Mobil 1 75/90 is ran in the rear differential. I only run top tier gas in the machine. 95% of the time Shell gas is ran. In my opinion, this is the CLEANEST, BEST maintained machine you'll find for the year and mileage. Not many here on Ebay are showing that they have the Honda extended warranty that IS transferable. I never had any intention on selling the bike and in fact, just bought the extended warranty over the 4th of July from HondaDirectLine because I planned on keeping this thing for along, along time. Again, please do your due diligence and research everything that's for sale before you look at my Wing. NO ONE takes better care of their vehicles than I do. Also, please check out my feedback.
