Vehicle Detail
The car is still available. I relisted the car because ebay let a person who is not even registered do a buy it now. It seems that it was not a legit person/someone who hacked in to do a buy it now. Plus the person didn't have paypal as my instructions specify for the deposit. If you want to bid on my auction and have less than 5 feedback, you need to call me at 347-733-3497 before you bid or I will cancel your bid. Thanks and sorry to anyone who may have wanted to bid on the car originally. What I have here a 79 malibu with a 350 .030 over with a factory 4 speed manual. Engine has a small cam and flat top pistons. This car has a clean title. In my research there we're not many made (something like 1100 or 1700 made). The motor is not factory but it did have a 350 option for that year and model. You can research it yourself through the VIN number. The car came with a 4.4 V8. The car is pretty clean except for 1 rear 1/4 panel which had rust and someone did a bad job of trying to repair (see pics). The rest of the rust is just light surface rust. This car is in no means in perfect condition. I just want to be clear. It's very clean for it's year but does need a little care. The guy I got it from said it was in storage for a while. Original paint is on the car all the sides are still shiny, the roof and trunk are faded black paint. Passenger door has some ligh scuffs on it (hard to see in pics). Front passenger fender needs to be replaced or repaired because of some dents, NOT rust. The good things about this car are: it has a 2"cowl hood fiberglass hood,2-1/2 stainless exhaust with X pipe and spin tech mufflers ,headers, double hump cross member, 650 Holley carb., new stainless braided fuel line from the tank to fuel pump, brand new gas tank and sender, new ball joints and a Grand National rear. Runs 100% perfect. Tires and rims are all perfect. It has 7" rims in front 8" in the rear. Door panels are in good condition, tops are faded, same with back seat. Driver's bucket seat is ripped, I believe the car is supposed to have a bench seat in the front. The things that are not great is the dash is cracked, needs a headliner, and needs a rear speaker deck. I've only had this car a few months, I have too many projects and not enough time so I have to sell. A little TLC and you'll have a very fast, very rare car. I have plenty of pictures just ask. You can see the car this week any night as long as you make an appointment after 3:30pm during the week. I'm also selling this car privately off ebay, so I reserve the right to end the auction if it sells. 347-733-3497 Buyer pays shipping/towing if needed. A $500 deposit is required through paypal within 3 days if you win the auction. If you want to pay the remainder of the balance in person it must be done in cash or certified cashiers check. The car must be picked up within 7 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
