It runs well, and has been test driven without any problems. It starts good, engine sounds great, transmission, clutch, brakes and controls are all working properlyThere is some work that should be done before it is used, including repairing a small dent in the front wheel and possibly replacing the tires which are both low on tread. The odometer shows 7,309 miles, but we believe that this bike has more miles than that. The gauges were most likely replaced at some point in the past. The last time mileage was listed on the title, it showed 18,000 as Not Actual. Because this bike is now over 10 years old, it is now exempt from odometer disclosure in Wisconsin. The tail section is slightly bent and the body work (which has all been repainted and possibly repaired in some places) does not all fit together perfectly. Some of the body pieces are missing tabs, and not all of the bolt holes line up. The cosmetic damage on this bike includes light scratches on the upper fairing, light scratches on the headlight lens, light scratches & some adhesive residue on the front fender, missing reflectors on front forks and paint chips and scratches on the lower fairings. The gas tank in dented on the left rear side, has paint chips along the bottom edges, and paint chips by the gas cap. The tail section plastic is loose (but not falling off) because it is missing some tabs and not all of the mounts are lining up. The left tail section cover has some gauges in it. The rear seat has a small scuff on the right side of the strap, and although it locks into place, it does wobble on its mount. The lower section of the rear fender has been cut off, and a home-made license plate/turn signal bracket was cobbled onto the bike. It is usable, but poorly done. This bike has a VERY loud aftermarket exhaust on it. It appears that the baffle, or packing was removed from the muffler. The muffler, bracket and mid-pipe have some rashing, scuffs and scratches.
