1998 Hyundai Elantra has been a very reliable vehicle since I bought it in 2004. I am the third owner. Non-smoker owned. Recently inspected, good until 11/11. Options include: A/C (works), Power Steering, Cruise Control, Tilt Wheel, JVC AM/FM/Single CD, Dual Air Bags, Steel Wheels, and Rear Spoiler (needs paint). I have always used synthetic oil, changed and serviced regularly, tires are six (6) months old, recent clutch, new plugs, wires, fuel filter. Just professionally cleaned and detailed inside and out. PLEASE see photos: There are some cosmetic issues: clear coat on the hood and roof is peeling off at places. The rear wing needs repainted. There is a dent in the right rear panel. Recently bought another vehicle and have no need for two. GREAT gas mileage with this 1.8 liter engine. Between 30 - 32 mpg city.
