I'm selling this for a friend. It was driven to NC from Washington and did great. No rust at all that I can see Fresh tune-up at a BMW dealer Fresh stainless exhaust system. Car runs and handles very nicely. A real pleasure to drive. Clear title in hand Female owned, so it hasn't been driven to death As you can see, it started snowing while I was taking the pictures. The car was parked here at my home to avoid driving in the snow. To the best of the owner's knowledge the car has never been in snow/salt. The car originally came from western Washington state. The issues I'm aware of; the clear-coat is peeling on the hood, top, and deck lid. There is some wear on the edge of the driver's seat. The electronic instrument panel had a short, so it was replaced by a complete panel from another car. The car had 86k miles on it when the panel was replaced a couple months ago, but the replacement panel shows 125k miles. To the best of our knowledge the car on actually has about 89k miles on it. The rear-view mirror is loose. TERMS OF SALE; Vehicle is sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty of any sort, except that if the buyer arrives to pick up the car and discovers a major misdescription, I will refund the deposit, no questions asked. This does not include minor issues common to any older vehicle. All potential buyers are urged to personally inspect the vehicle, or send a representative to do so, before making an offer to purchase. There is a $500.00 non refundable deposit due within 48 hours of a completed sale. This may be by verified PayPal or bank to bank transfer. The balance is due within 7 days, and may be paid by cash on arrival, bank to bank transfer, or check. Any form of check will delay delivery of the car and title until clearing. I have a good location to load from, and will of course be happy to assist a shipping service with loading. Once the vehicle leaves my property it becomes the sole responsibility of the shipper and/or purchaser. Please ask any questions as soon as possible, so as to give me adequate time to respond. I prefer to respond in written form, for the protection of both parties. However, if you feel you must talk in person I can e-mail my phone number. Please don't e-mail with "would ya takes" If you want to make an offer make it through eBay's system and I'll consider it. If your feedback is extremely low I may ask for a deposit BEFORE accepting your offer. I can hold the vehicle for up to 30 days, at the buyers risk of loss or damage, after full payment has been made.
