2003 Honda CR250R I purchased this bike from a Honda dealership in the far North Western part of Ohio 2 years ago. The original owner of this CR250R used this bike as a "trade-in" on a utility quad he needed for this farm. The bike was used to ride around his fields and check on the animals on the farm. The bike was always serviced and maintained by the local Honda dealer. A lot of the aftermarket parts were also installed by the dealer when the original owner had the bike. The CR250 had a brand new new top end installed before I bought the bike from the Honda dealer. Since then, I've been the mechanic servicing, and doing maintenance on the bike while its been in my hands. Last year, when work was slow, I dissassembled the entire bike. Everything got cleaned and hand scrubbed. Every bearing and seal was replaced. New chain slider and chain guard. Forks dissassembled, cleaned, fresh Motul fluid. Rear shock resprung, revalved, serviced. The bike has 15 hours on it since I did the complete rebuild on the chassis and suspension. (I have 2 other bikes to ride, so the CR hasn't seen much use) The right number plate has a crack, has zip ties. The right radiator shroud has a crack, has zip ties. Both are 100% repaired. Used only for trail riding. The bike has never been on a MX track. It starts on the 3rd kick when the motor is cold, otherwise on the first kick when its warmed up. Oil and filter changed every 3 hours of use. Bike is cleaned and blow dried after every ride. The carb is jetted perfectly. The power delivery of the bike very smooth from idle all the way to the powerband. Like any other 2 stroke CR250, the bike is very fast - and a blast to ride. Clear OH title in hand, ready for transfer to the new owner.
