ABSOLUTE AUCTION - NO RESERVE - AS IS/WHERE IS On offer is my 1979 Oldsmobile Toronado. This car is guaranteed to turn heads! This front-wheel drive Toronado is in Black/Black and even has the factory in-dash CB-Radio. I bought this car from an estate in Missouri late last year but I have no place to store it. I spent $3,000 making the car mechanically sound, from new rubber on all four corners to starter and brakes. The only thing this car needs is a Catalytic Converter, In Penna. the car passes inspection without the converter if Classic tags are placed on the car. What a great opportunity this represents. With just 72,000 original miles on the odometer this instant classic has a lot of driving ahead of it. The only problem points are that the power antenna needs to be replaced, the driver's seat control won't move forward (no doubt a switch as you can hear the seat motor running), and there are seam splits in the leather driver's seat.. The starter has been replaced, machines rotors and replaced the front brake pads, rear brakes and machined the rear drums, replaced washer pump, performed PA State Inspection (front brakes 9/32, rear brakes 5/32, tires 10/32 all), performed 19 pt. Premium Full Service oil change, replaced right and left side lower ball joints, 4-wheel alignment. New Firestone FR380 whitewall tires.
