analeebeth store 56 Ford F100 A California truck originally purchased in Florida. It has black (63) California plates with registration current to May 2011. I purchased from the son of the original owner. It has an engine builder’s tag on the block but I don’t know what was done. The previous owner said it has 30,000 mi since it was worked on at that shop…AGAIN, I don’t know what was done there. It sat in the previous owner’s garage for 12 yrs before my purchase. It sat outside for only the past year since I’ve owned it. ENGINE/DRIVE TRAIN Original 223 6 cyl. mileage: 131,000 mi. 3 spd std trans. New fuel pump-Pertronix electronic ignition - new rblt distributor - new cap and rotor - new rblt carb - new alternator (conversion) - new motor mounts - new battery - rodded radiator – new tires - Ford 9 inch rear end (not posi) (by previous owner). Has minor oil drips and some barely visible blow-by (It’s 54 yrs old!) BRAKES New master cylinder – new brake hoses – bled – adjusted (you can lock up all four in a straight line) Doors/windows New latches and strike plates – new door weather strip (no rattles) – windows need weather strip and felt (they don’t rattle) – needs interior door handles replaced. No visors BODY/BED No dents or dings, some chipped paint (see pics) – bed runners have minor chipped paint – bed wood only needs refinishing – bed needs front end panel replaced – some rust pits on chrome bumper – hood springs are OK but may be weak – running boards are like new, ELECT. New battery – new wiring – new tail lights w/chrome FORD script – all new lamps/bulbs incl dash and head lights, The truck was painted by the previous owner. It looked just like you see it when I bought it. All of the items listed as “new or rblt”, I installed. The truck has never been hack sawed, sawzalled or booger welded on. There are no parts in boxes for you to install...they're already installed. This truck is ready to be your daily driver the minute you buy it. Reason for selling: No time or money to do what I want with it…What would I do? Ford Y block or a Clifford intake, cam, and header on the six with an automatic trans., new wheels On Oct-14-10 at 16:58:56 PDT, seller added the following information: There are always questions and concerns of body rust. I really can't find any. If anyone knows of specific locations to look I'll do that and report back ASAP. The truck was originally undercoated. If there's any rust it's under the undercoating.
