We bought an extended Ford warranty which was 2 years or 100,000 miles - whichever came first. It is fully transferable but it has to be tranferred at a Ford dealership to the new owners. We've always kept it garaged and it is very clean. Never been smoked in and never had pets in it. It has only been driven around 3,000 miles since we bought it last year! It will need to be inspected and emissons will need to be done because we moved from Illinois to Missouri and that was not required in Illinois. It will pass both though. We would have already had it done but our Illinois tags were not up until recently. It runs great, drives smoothly, and shifts with ease. The tries still have good tread on them. It's very clean inside. If there is any wear at all on this vehicle then it is very superficial and hardley noticable.
