Our shipping policy is that we ship UPS ground domestically as a general rule, and for packages to large for UPS we ship with a variety of shipping companies and they all require a phone number prior to delivery. Local pickup is always an option and that is free. International deliveries are generally shipped with USPS Mail and please understand we do not guarantee when the package will get there, we can only give you our best guesstimate as to the arrival date. On larger parcels we generally ship with DB Schenker Air freight, and they require a phone number. Sometimes only Door to Airport service is available, but we will make every effort to get your package to you as inexpensively as we can.
