You are bidding on a one Owner 1978 Cadillac Eldorado. I am listing it for my next door neighbor who is 94 and a widow. Her husband bought the Caddy new in 1978 and he died in 1980. It has been stored in her garage the whole time and only taken out for fuel and to charge the battery. It only has 15293 miles on it, all original, no it has not turned over, she kept it because it was her husbands and rarely drove it. The inside is showroom new, with burgundy leather power seats, sunroof, original am/fm radio, cruise, power windows, and power door locks. The body is in great shape, it does have a small rust spot at the bottom of the vinyl top on both sides of the car but thats it, no other rust. The hood springs need to be adjusted,as they are not allowing the hood to line up right when closed, this is a common problem with older large cars and would be an easy fix. The plastic moldings between the bumper and the body need to be replaced, again a common problem as they deteriorate with age. All the tires are the original thin white walls. The top is like new. It needs a battery, I was able to jump it and start it to move out of the garage for pictures.Its as though this car has been kept in a time capsule, and in a way it was sitting in her garage. for further infomation you can call me at 816-216-7391
