This is a very nice 1929-Model A that was restored in 1978. I bought the car in March of 1985 and have enjoyed it for more than 25 years. I have reached that time in my life when it is time to give up some of my Toy's. So this is the first one to go. When I bought the Car I was told that it was restored at Harrah's Auto Museum in Reno NV and that it went to the Imperial Palace in Vegas for for about 5 years. It was than sold at auction and ended up in Denver. I got the car from a place in Denver called Burt's Early Fords. They sell new and used parts for old Fords and they this one on consignment from a man in Nebraska. I can tell you of 2 things that don;t work on the car> The speedometer and The wiper. As far as I know the car is all original. I has extras like Running board guards, Quail radiator cap, Radiator shield, Fender mounted spare tire and Trunk rack with the trunk. The trunk needs to be redone and the straps need to be replaced. The interior is in good condition and the paint is good but there are chips and scratches on the paint. I belive that the car would be a Show Car if it had new paint and Interior.
