1980 Honda CX500 THIS IS A SOLID USED BASIC HONDA MOTORCYCLE certainly nothing fancy ,radical or state of the art but if your looking for a basic no frill motorcycle , that is road worthy, low mileage and reliable as a Honda ....this might be for you! if you look at some of the Honda websites.....you will see plenty of articles on how reliable the cx500 was and still is to this day.......you will see many still on the road today....why? because it was built to last, simple twin cylinder motor, east to work on and east to maintain,, this bike was purchased dfrom the 2 nd owner, who pretty much had it sitting in his garage.....for quite some time i had the carbs professionally cleaned, had the brake fluid changed, installed a new Yuasa battery, fresh oil and a new rear tire...........now we got a nice bike that runs well......5 speed, and electric start! it is not a show bike, just a good quality used bike that runs pretty darn good! the state of connecticut will not title a 1980 bike, so it is sold with bill os sale only questions?....call paul 860 828 1771
