2004 Convertible Turbo Beetle 80863 miles You are bidding on an very nice gas turbo beetle convertible. This car is in great shape and has a very peppy 1.8 liter turbo gas engine. I bought this car from a local new car dealer to resale. The car drove perfect when I purchased it. I have since learned that after you drive it for about 30 minutes it sometimes downshifts hard and slips gears some. Not all the time but sometimes you will have problems. I am just going to sell it this way and someone who wants to fix it or drive it this way can. I think you can drive this car anywhere you want. On the interstate it drives perfect at 70 mph it just messes up when you start slowing down and it sometimes clunks down to the next gear.
