Vehicle Detail

You are looking at a 2003 Ford Expedition XLT. Exterior is Olive Green Metallic with tan fabric interior. Has tinted windows (front ones are peeling & will need to be removed or replaced. The rest are fine). Has 3rd row seating, power seats, power windows, power door locks, factory AM/FM stereo w/ CD, Automatic Transmission, Air Conditioning, Rear Heat and Air, Power Adjusting Pedals, Tilt Wheel, Overhead Compartment, Remote Keyless Entry (FOB needs to be replaced at Ford, as it only locks...doesn't unlock for some strange reason), Running Boards, Fog lamps, Chrome Wheels, Tow Package, Luggage Rack and more.Back seats (2nd row) have their own radio controls & air controls. It is a very dependable Ford and starts right up every time. It runs down the road smooth with no swaying, transmission is tight and shifts like it should. The engine runs smooth without any hesitation. Doesn't have any leaks. Engine has plenty of power. Replaced the front brakes and rotors last year. They still have a year left on the warranty (receipt will be attached to papers). Bought rear pads, but haven't had time to replace them yet. I am including them here for you. Exterior paint shines like new and it has no rust. The only part that has slight peel is above the license plate (you can see it in the picture). There are a couple dings on the driver's side by the gas tank (see picture) nothing major just wanted to mention. Can be banged out if you choose. The back left light cover had a crack in it & has been glued. The interior is in great shape for the most part, just really needs a good shampoo. I did take it to the car wash & they did a fast (not thorough) job. The driver's seat does have a rip in it (see picture) but can be patched if you want. The passenger seat does have a stain on the seat, as well as the mats. Can either be cleaned or replaced cheap. Overall, carpeting looks great. Tires have about 50% of life left to them (treads are still very visable, so I am guesstimating). They have a 3-4 year warranty that I am transferring to you with the vehicle (purchased 2 years ago). After 5 years there is a limited warranty that I am including for you to read over the details. I've had no issues with these Bridgestone tires. Now as far as the air conditioning goes...it stopped working a while back & bought a new evaporator & canister. It was put in, but never checked for leaks or set up yet. Haven't had time to take it to get repaired and luckily, I haven't needed to use it since it failed holiday season. The parts are new, but I am not exactly sure what is wrong with it. Should only be a minimal cost to fix it, at most maybe a few hundred if all else fails, but that is worst case scenario! I am still listing this truck at a reasonable price & I can assure you you will not be disappointed with it. The heat blasts & works great! This vehicle has less than 105,500 miles on it & it never broke down on me ever! I've owned it now for about 3 1/2 years. I think I am the second owner (at least that's what I was told). I'm sure it can be easily looked up, but I really didn't care! It was never in an accident! Has been well maintained with regular oil changes & tune-ups including alignments & tires rotated/balanced. Put in a new battery about a year ago, as that just went one day out of nowhere! I'm telling you this car rides smooth & doesn't make any noises (other than a squeaky brake when you lightly step on the brake pedal). Don't be alarmed...it is a quick easy fix & they solidly work. This is why I haven't been in a rush to change them. It has been well maintained and would make someone a great vehicle. I would not hesitate driving it cross country! It has a clean carfax report and a clear title in hand. I think I mentioned everything, should you have any questions or if you would like to come and inspect/drive it then please feel free to contact me. Only reason I'm selling it, is because kids have their own car now & we don't really need such a big vehicle anymore. Simply down sizing...that's all! So please, serious bidder's only. If you have zero to five feedback rating, please contact me prior to making a bid. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is due immediately within 24 hours of the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for pick-up, insurance, tag, etc. I will sign over title to you once final payment is made at time of pick-up unless other arrangements are made prior to. Thanks for looking & have a great day. Please email me with any questions you may have before bidding. I will try to answer them as efficiently & accurately as possible.
