A very original 1972 FJ55 Land Cruiser. The original F series 3.9L overhead valve, 125 hp, inline 6 cylinder motor is linked to the original 3 speed manual transmission and original 4 wheel driveline in this truck. It is equipped with a very strong front winch as well as folding rear jump seats for maximized cargo space and usability. The FJ55 bridges the gap between the early FJ40s and Land Cruisers of the 80s and 90s. It is tough enough to traverse anywhere the going gets tough, and its high ground clearance makes the FJ55 a rugged, simplistic, reliable 4x4 station wagon which can drive almost anywhere. This truck is extremely complete but has some rust on body panels, a dented roof from a ceiling falling on it, seats with cheap seat covers and an old repaint in non-original colors. It drove well as a week-end warrior until the owner moved here from Oregon @15 years ago and has been driven very infrequently since then and not at all during the past 7 years. With a little bit of time and love this 4x4 icon can return to duty back on the road (or dirt).
