This car was just purchased from it's long term Southern owner and is offered with a clean carfax. The car still retains it's original factory stickers on it's body panels, original windshield, premium chrome wheels, and a just about perfect/crackfree dashboard. This car runs and drives well and correct for it's recorded mileage, and is completely solid and rustfree. The car's interior is completely original and in very good overall condition. Some stitching has loosened on the lower seat squab leather. The dashboard is in excellent condition for it's age, with barely a small crack just starting... The car has factory Mercedes front mats, protecting the original carpets. The car's soft top appears to be the factory original, and is in very good condition with clear windows, being stowed for most all of it's life. The car's body is excellent with no side dings or marks. Paintwork is very nice and is a careful repaint in the same color, to very good standards, similar to the factory paint quality with a modern basecoat/clearcoat. The car has nice bumpers with rubber end caps, along with excellent brightwork. The car starts easily on the key, runs and drives very well (like most all of them do with this mileage), and goes happily down the road with no mechanical issues. The Goodyear radial tires are in fine condition. The car includes a large collection of original Mercedes literature/sales paperwork as supplied new with the car, along with it's valet key. Overall, a very attractive and well-preserved 560 SL in a striking color scheme with chrome wheels.
