1970 Chevrolet Chevelle

What I have is a '70 Chevelle Malibu with a cowl induction hood (no flap). Little to no rust, very solid car, does not need any rust repairs, no rot out I believe it was from the south. Now In Michigan with clean title. Right rear quarter panel needs repair, as seen in pictures. All the lips on doors and trunk lid are solid, no rust. Interior is very usable but it's green. Has one small hole in top of back of seat. Needs carpet, headliner, I'm sure other misc pieces. Car needs a complete restoration but should be straightforward. Car has a 12 bolt posi rear end. Has air conditioning. No engine or trans, car rolls, can trailer home. wheels on it do not go with it... This is a factory disk brake car ...vin 136370 V 8 auto car, NOT a Super Sport. Car will need some body work on all panels. Nice solid base to start with. I am not sure what parts are missing but it doesn't seem like much I don't see gas tank, tail lights, head light bezels++++++++?????I have new trim for the SS hood.
