Please read the WHOLE description before bidding. This auction has failed twice because of a lack of following basic instructions, having any idea what you are doing and letting your brother in law bid for you! Please contact me for the 200 plus pictures I have taken of this currently non running vehicle. I went to a lot of trouble to get these pictures and want people to know exactly what they are buying. If you have NOT contacted me for these additional 200+ Photos , please, please, please, DO NOT BID. If you need additional information, PLEASE contact me before the last day of the auction. If you have not asked for the 200+ pictures, please do not bid. If you don't like the color, please do not bid. If you have no idea what you are looking at, please do not bid. If you realize what great condition this 47 year old car is in, have asked for the 200+ photos and know what you want and this is it, please bid. Thank you, and now the description: For sale here is a 1970 Triumph GT-6 with a clear title and original paint, interior, engine and transmission. 3 owner car. Vin# KC7848L. Car has been in storage since 1985 and other than a year or 2 in a carport, garage or storage facility kept since that time and has not been started. The car was running at the time of parking with no issues and initially was driven around the neighborhood. The original paint, Jasmine Yellow, is in great shape and there may be small areas that were touched up prior to storage with some clear coat gone from hatch. The interior seating is brown with black and brown trim, seat material is in great shape, carpet not so much as shown. All parts are present and there is a plethora of spare parts including a spare carburetor, shift box, several sets of fog lights (including an amber set), the original radio, gaskets, 2 exhaust systems, transmission parts (clutch and diaphragm). Carbs are dual Stromberg 2 barrels. There is corrosion on driver side under the brake cylinder and on the rear bottom of the hatch. Last owner added insulation on the firewall that can be easily removed. This car is and always has been a North Carolina car, so the rust problems just aren't there in the usual places. She's dirty and dusty, but she is solid as can be. Needs a new home where she can run again. Feel free to ask any questions. 910.425.7000 call or email me for links to many more photos. PICK UP ONLY Due to another totally insane policy I can not link to Facebook or Photo Bucket pages here...Email or Call me for a link to 200 photos. Seats are Vinyl I believe PLease NOTE: I have listed this car for the current owner who was told it is the original paint, but it is certainly possible it has been repainted or touched up in places, so bear this in mind and bid accordingly ...It has NOT been started since it was stored years ago in 1985...Look at ALL the photos and DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST DAY TO ASK QUESTIONS. On Nov-02-17 at 04:40:16 PDT, seller added the following information: Please NOTE: I have listed this car for the current owner who was told it is the original paint, but it is certainly possible it has been repainted or touched up in places, so bear this in mind and bid accordingly ...It has NOT been started since it was stored years ago in 1985...As far as we know the car has not been in an accident and appears to be sound throughout... Also, CALL ME if you have questions since most of your Ebay messages replies have been returned...I have ZERO control over this Orwellian message system.
