Vehicle Detail
I'm proud to present an exceptional example of this great daily driving and completely rust free mostly all original 1952 Cadillac 2 door Hardtop Coupe with its 1953 Cadillac paint scheme. It comes with Rear fender skirts,Rocker panel moldings, Rear seat armrest,Large hubcaps and White sidewall tires,Carpeting,Pushbutton Radio that has been converted to AM/FM, Bluetooth, & USB, but it still needs to be hooked up. I have tested the radio while hooked to a 12 volt power source & it sounds & works great playing music through a newly installed speaker via Bluetooth from your phone or using an USB stick. Electric clock (needs to be converted to 12 volt) white sidewall tiresand it's original 331/250HP V8 engine! This is a truly superb mostly all original example of a 1952 Cadillac 2 door Hardtop Coupe which has been repainted in an original 1953 color scheme. There are no signs of the car having ever been involved in any major accidents and it has absolutely no rust. It does have a few nicks in the paint & one chrome piece on the passanger side has damage. I have a replacement piece that will go with the car. The 1952 Cadillac was one of the highest priced cars of its day - and with good reason - fifties excess had virtually reached its peak with Cadillac boasting bigger cars with more chrome and larger fins than ever before! These cars bristled with the latest in modern appointments and had few rivals in the luxury market with a recession making owning one only for the very privileged elite. This particular example has seemingly always been garaged and well maintained. The floor boards, trunk and all the typical rust-prone areas are completely solid and rust-free. The 331/250HP V8 engine is extremely strong and powerful and sounds absolutely magnificent and this particular car drives very well. It does leak a little bit of oil & does have a little bit of blow by on the crankcase vent tube. It has been converted to 12 volt so you won't have the start up cranking issues you would with a 6 volt system. The mechanical fuel pump has been replaced with an electric fuel pump & works great. a truly remarkable daily driver that will give any modern day car a run for it's money! The transmission shifts smoothly through the gears and the car has four good white sidewall tires and its original factory hubcaps! This is a rare opportunity to own a very honest example of a 1952 Cadillac Coupe for the serious Cadillac enthusiast or collector. Few more correct or finer looking examples!
