This past winter I acquired this Nissan Xterra for my partially disabled brother-in-law; he suddenly passed away just a few weeks later and never got to enjoy his "new" vehicle. I am the administrator of his estate and have the Stark County Ohio Probate Court authority to sell the vehicle. You will receive a good title and all accompanying paperwork necessary for title transfer. I acquired the vehicle in my name, installed 4 new tires, changed the oil, and had it state inspected, then immediately donated it to my brother-in-law whom my wife and I cared for, due to his long-term disability. The previous 2 owners drove it 155,000 miles. Prior to purchase I knew of the former owner who drove the vehicle to Ohio from her home state of California. The body of this SUV is in exceptional condition for its age, having never been driven in an Ohio winter. The SUV had only 2 previous owners in 15 years prior to my acquisition. There is absolutely no rust on the body, no accidents, and the underside is as clean as the top side. Recent mechanical work includes new brakes (including rotors), 4 new tires, oil change, new wiper blades, new battery, and replacement of some cooling system components. This Nissan drives beautifully, and its economical 3.3L V-6 with smooth-shifting 5-speed manual transmission provides power with economy. There is no indication that this vehicle was ever taken off-road. The tow hitch appears to have never been used, and the wiring for a trailer has been checked for proper operation. The A/C works fine. All power accessories work as they should and the stereo operates in all modes. The optional roof-mounted cargo basket is shown installed in some pictures; it can be removed to increase fuel economy. The interior is clean and free from excessive wear; there is a closeup of the driver's seat for your inspection. Vehicle appears to have never been smoked in. There are a few issues that you should be aware of. The paint on the hood and tops of the front fenders shows age but is serviceable. There is a small dent on the right front fender to which I am pointing. There are a few light scratches / scuffs here and there on the rest of the vehicle but nothing unusual, and no bare metal showing. The fabric of the headliner needs re-glued to its base in a few areas. This is a 10 Day Auction to allow you to see and drive the vehicle. Also the dash picture shows all the message lights lit in order for you to see that the systems all work; the check engine light and other warning lights go off once vehicle is started. The vehicle is titled in Stark County Ohio and met inspection requirements for its current location; annual registration was renewed this month.
