1985 Jeep CJ-7 Laredo with Factory AC and Hardtop. Nice interior, seats real good, with exception of small separation drivers seat in picture. Has original dealer window sticker. Good looking Jeep. Original Dealer/Factory widow sticker included. Originally a California Jeep, last registered in California in 2003, have registration an SMOG Report.Factory AC ice cold, just had checked-serviced, no refrigerant needed, no bubbles in sight glass. Came with extra can of Freon, comes with it, I have had jeep for 5 years never needed charging. Everything works as should, Factory Borg-Warner 5 speed trans was rebuilt, have receipt. Shifts like new.Powerful stereo AM-FM/CD with remote control. 4 speakers with Big Speakers, bass I think, behind rear seat. Previous owner had installed for him and younger wife, I bought the jeep in the divorce settlement. Sounds really good and loud, just not my thing. The Wheels are factory Laredo Chrome look brand new (really, nicest CJ chrome factory wheels since the 80's), steering wheel is factory Laredo Leather AMC Jeep, looks new may have been replaced by OEM Jeep NOS. Horn button is excellent Laredo.Rare Honey Tan interior, nice leather grab handle, Dash pad cracked from California sun. Keys for ignition, console, glove box, hard top doors and back hatch. I have never owned a jeep with all the keys.Rebuilt Carter Carburetor (see picture) starts and runs like new. Has front tow-shackles with front tow wiring was used behind RV for 20 years, probably why the interior is nice.Engine no smoke, burns or drips no oil, as powerful and a new one, miles are most likely tow miles. No rust on frame (see rear spring frame picture) Has some surface rust. 4WD works great, I have never had off-road, neither had the previous owner before me. It is a really cool old CJ driver. Power Steering an Brakes.Good tires 31x10.50x15Just replaced all belts, hoses (used belts and hoses come with it), and fluids.Paint has bad spots, as in picture, paint on drivers door is faded, some body rust, floor broads (see picture) look good, some rust around roll bar floor mount. visible body rust spot is below jeep name rocker on passenger side (see picture), and spot on hood. Windshield hinges paint peeling (see picture) and some peeling paint but no rust on windshield frame, two spots on front finders as in pictures. Not bad for a 1985. May have been repainted?Jeep is over 30 years old, do not expect a new Jeep. Nicest CJ I have ever owned in the last 15 years.I am retiring and no parking spot at Florida condo. Talk to me.
