1985 Chevrolet Silverado Short Wide Bed Two Wheel Drive Mechanical: Runs and Drives Great, It has a Newly rebuilt Quadrajet Carburetor, new mufflers, It recently had spark plugs replaced, It runs down the road smooth. All gauges in working condition (except oil pressure hi and low gauge), power windows work but in this year they are slow, power locks, it has a CD player installed. Very solid truck. Miles are thought to be original, but no documentation. Exterior: No rust showing on the truck the body is very straight, it has some scrapes in a few locations on top of gate as you would expect from an unrestored truck, it looks to had been painted at one time in its life. The paint has shine and could stand a good wax/buff job when weather breaks. inside the bed is like new it has had a camper shell on it for most of its life. It does have some holes where the camper was affixed to the bed rails. We were going to install bed rail caps but we will leave this to the new owners discretion. Interior: The seat is in great shape looks to have some sun fading, the dash has no cracks, door panels look good except for a crack on the driver side where you would rest your arm. Interior shows very nice - see pictures. This truck was previously owned by an older gentlemen and looks had been very well maintained with very few modifications from its original state.
