There is absolutely no rust on this van, its a bit dirty underneath but ZERO rust. I also noticed no leaks. The bench seats are in good shape for their age with no tears or rips. The engine runs smooth and its firing on all ten cylinders! I am 52 and a diesel mechanic andhave been auto racing for almost 30 years and when I say it runs great it really does. I would not hesitate to take this van across town or across country. Forgot to mention lucky buyer to pay for shipping and a 400.00 deposit is required to hold it if your going to take more then a week to either pick it up or have it shipped. It was shipped to Quigley in 2002 and that is when the conversion was done. It does have rear heat and AC. The air blows strong out of the rear unit but it is weak out of the front vents. It could be the fan blower motor not running on high or it might be the cabin air filter. Someone asked about the rear axel.
