Up for auction is my freshly built ATC500R drag bike. I have invested a lot of time and money to be sure this bike was built correctly. Here are a list of the parts and details. -This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION, and this bike will sell to the highest bidder. -1986 ATC250R complete front end. Triple clamps, forks, brakes, master cylinder, hub. -The engine is a CR500 with a fresh top end, fresh cylinder sleeve and bore, and has been dialed in by Jerry Hall in phoenix, AZ.(2 stroke specialist). -The cylinder is bored to 89mm, and the head has been cut to run race gas. It has excellent compression and less than one hour run time for break in.(4 heat cycles complete). -The clutch cover, water pump, o-rings and seals are all new honda parts. The entire engine was disassembled and professionally painted the same color. It really shines. -The exhaust pipe is a dennis packard(CT). It is dialed in with the jetting and really makes this 500 run like a dream. -Carburetor is 38.5mm keihin with 195 main jet and 55 pilot jet. This bike does require AV gas or race gas to run. -Front tire is a nankang, 90% tread in nice shape, on a douglas aluminum wheel. Rear tires are turf tamers with 90% tread also, on ITP aluminum wheels. One wheel has a small ding. -One set of nankang/skat trak 10 paddle haulers on 8" aluminum wheels are also included in this sale. -Intake was custom built, and runs a new K&N filter. The engine had some case damage from the chain coming off. It was professionally repaired by metal tech in glendale, AZ. -New Honda case saver and sprocket guard. New 39 tooth rear sprocket. The chain and front sprocket have plenty of life left in them. -Swingarm is a custom +12, has been chromed and looks awesome. It has brand new all balls swingarm bearings and seals in the front of the swingarm. It is CR500 in the front of the swingarm, and the whole rear end assembly is 1986 ATC250R. The axle, hubs, castle nuts and spacers are also chromed. The chrome is flaking in a few places but looks amazing. -Both front and rear brakes work like they should. All float pins are free and working good. -The whole subframe is from a 1986 ATC250R, so that the 250R fenders and seat work properly with it. You do have to take the seat and fender off to kick start it. I am able to kickstart this within 4 or 5 kicks if it's the engine is cold. Less kicks if it's warmed up. -The rear shock is from a 2005 Yamaha YFZ450, with a custom linkage. The foot pegs are also from a 2005 YFZ450. -Fresh moose handlebars and pad. -Twist throttle and a push button kill switch. The machine starts and runs perfect, and idles properly. -Brand new radiators, and the upper hoses are new. -This bike has brand new coolant, bel ray fork oil and trans fluid, and is 100% ready to take it out and run. I have receipts for all the engine work that was performed. -The frame, subframe, pegs, intake, and several brackets are freshly powdercoated gloss black. -The bike is titled as a 1987 Honda CR500. It is a clean Florida title. -The plastics do have some scratches and wear, the front fender has a tiny crack that is near the bolt hole on the left side.
