You are bidding on a laser-straight, rust free, 1954 Ford Mainline in light tan with dark tan and brown pin striping. This 2 door sedan is powered by a 390 c.i., EF, Ford big block. Induction: a new Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor. Ignition: Pertronics pointless ignition system. It's backed by a C6 trans and a 9". One can easily churn the rear tires… just need a little effort from your right foot. The completely rebuilt front suspension uses all new NOS parts. Also new: brake shoes, drums, and WWW Cocker radial tires (Less than 500 miles) mounted and balanced on red rims with early Ford button caps and trim rings. The stainless is 98% perfect with a few scratches that need to be buffed out… you have to look hard to find the flaws. The chrome grill and bumpers are flawless. Interior creature comforts consist of: a Vintage Air AC unit (no heat), perfect medium brown cloth front and rear seats with a dark brown carpet. The headliner is also dark brown perforated vinyl. No rips, tears, or wear! The exterior does have some minor road rash and a few chips you would expect from a driver however, it is very presentable with no disappointments. Again, you have to look to find the blemishes. I have matching touch-up paint in both red and tan that go with the car. I cruise all day long in 104 degree weather with the AC full blast with no over-heating issues. I would not hesitate to drive this car across the country, it 's that dependable and comfortable. If you looking to save on my reserve price you can provide your own wheels, tires and AC unit. I could use them on my Ranchero project This will reduce your costs by almost two grand. NO TRADES!
