Vehicle Detail

This is the last of my dream vehicles, ones I bought before my body started to fail me, I had a crown vic power pack I was going to stuff in it which would have made a sweet ride,oh well my loss is your chance to own a sweet truck! The truck is very clean, it has the standard rust spots in the side of the bed and in the door openings in the cab, but the front fenders look real good and the doors are rust free, the passenger side door has been slid down something but it's not too bad, the front end sheet metal is in pretty good shape, the hood needs some work, it's coming apart on the rear hinge point and it has a crack up on the nose, all repairable. The truck came from the factory with a 292 Y block, I'm not sure what engine it has in it right now,it has a 4 barrel carb intake so it might be the 312, the engine is complete but it's locked up tight, IT DOES NOT RUN! I have a spare engine I was going to put into it when my oldest girl decided she liked it, it's in a 62 Galaxie I will SELL it to the winning bidder if you want it, it still turns over but it was last run 35 years ago when I drove it home, the old guy I bought it from said it was a crate motor, looks really nice, it's an option. I have a spare bed that will go with the truck, for free,it's a short bed but I think the material in front of the wheels is the same, which is what I planned to do. The interior of this truck is beautiful, all it needs is a good washing and it would be good to go, the dash is complete and intact, even the cardboard headliner is fairly decent, not perfect but good enough to use, the seat has a saddle blanket cover on it, dirty but useable. The truck has a farmer rear bumper and tail gate, ugly but useable, the trailer bed has a factory tailgate but it's rough, rebuildable but rough. I have a step side 62 which I bought as a parts truck that I will make a very good deal on, it doesn't have a title. The 62 unibody does have a clear Arizona title! I will help load at my end, I can put the trailer bed on top of the 62! Everything is located in Fredonia AZ which is 3 hours east of Las Vegas, 6 hours north of Phoenix AZ, 7 hours south of SLC. The buyer can store the truck for free for 3 months, after that I will charge $25 a month storage, truck must be paid for within 6 days of closing of auction. This truck will need to have all the brakes rebuilt before it can be driven. The tail light lenses are both gone. If you want to bring tires on rims we can install them otherwise the tires will be flat,or just rims, which won't stop me from being able to load it,I've loaded much worse! Please contact me with any other questions or if you want more pictures. Thanks for looking. I forgot to mention the windshield is cracked, the rest of the glass is good! In an effort to confound the "LAST SECOND LARRY'S" I'm making a special deal on this truck, if you hit the buy it now button instead of trying to wait for the last second to get it at the opening price,I will throw in either the 292 in the 62 Galaxie or the 62 step side parts truck, there is no title on the parts truck, but it is in pretty good shape with lots of good parts, your choice!
