Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is my 2006 BMW 330Ci Cabriolet I do not want to sell, but sometimes one does what one must do Sonora Bronze Metallic special order paint with Sand leather interior 18" special order alloy wheels (No curb rash on any) with 225/40 R 18 - front tires 255/35 R 18 - rear tires Tires have about 7,300 miles on them, so lots of wear left I believe that I am 3rd owner. First was in California, sold to a dealer in Missouri (dealers do not count in my book), then bought by an older gentleman here in NC who put a few miles on it and sold it to me. The car has never been in an accident. A list of the options that I know it has: - Sport Package - Harmon Kardon CD stereo (fantastic sound! even with the top down) - Special order color - Sonora Bronze Metallic - Special order BMW 18" Alloy Wheels - Traction Control -Stability Control - Anti-lock brakes (4 wheels) - Front and Side Air Bags - A/C - Cruise Control - Power Windows (one touch) - Power Seats Both Front Seats The color is extremely unique and these wheels really set it off. It is hard to show the color well, but I have tried. There is only one flaw in this car - the driver's side rear view mirror glass is cracked. It just happened, so I have not had time to get it fixed. The interior is excellent, the exterior is excellent, the drive train is excellent, the top is excellent and raises and lowers without a problem. No 9 year old car with 71,000 miles is absolutely perfect, but this one is about as close as you can get. Both the last owner and I have always kept it in a garage. It is for sale locally, so I can withdraw it from eBay listing if it sells. In May 2015 I had a car dealer and a local bank tell me (after running the VIN) that retail value and loan value on this particular car is over $15,400. I have had offers ($8,000 and $9,700) this month from 2 dealers to buy it from me. Dealers usually offer 50 to 60% of what they think they can get retail for a car if they are paying cash. One dealer showed me on KBB that trade-in value was $11,900. What all this tells me is that the two offers I got were from dealers that were going to sell it at auction, where they would get about $11,500 or so and make a few thousand on it. My reserve is reasonable and I am motivated, but I will NOT give it away. If you want to make an offer, reread the paragraph immediately above before you do. Please do not hesitate to ask any and all questions. If you want any specific pictures, I will take them. For the winning bidder - $500 non refundable PayPal deposit within 24 hours of auction end. (If you do not pay the balance, I keep the $500, so be sure you can pay for it before you bid - I will not "wait for you to ask your wife, girlfriend, mother, bank, etc.") Balance payable within 72 hours of auction end via bank wire transfer, cash on pick-up. If you wish to use a bank cashiers check or money order it must clear into my account per my bank BEFORE the car or title leave me. If you want it trucked, no problem, I can meet the trucker any time. The cost of transportation is yours. If you want to fly in and drive it home, I will meet you at the airport so you do not have to pay for a taxi as long as we work out your arrival time before you get your ticket (I have to make certain I do not have to take one of my children somewhere on their normal schedule when you are arriving) I am self employed, so my time is easy to arrange. Thank you and Happy Bidding!
