PLEASE READ EVERYTHING, before you ask questions. All steel body and fenders 1946 Chevrolet Pickup from the third owner. The frame was stripped down, sandblasted, prepped, primed and painted when built. The undercarriage has been sprayed with weather proofing. The cab has been insulated for a quieter ride, the bed has Oak boards. Chevy 350 coupled to an automatic 700 R-4 transmission, lokar shifter, working emergency brake, tilt steering wheel. The Quadrajet carburetor has been rebuilt with an automatic, electric choke installed starts first time every time, fuel shut off in cab. A modern reverse lock out shifter was found that matched the style and look of the original Also has an HEI distributor with new cap, rotor and module. Cooling system works great with an electric radiator fan and a new thermostat installed. The front independent suspension with power disc brakes from a '78 Chevy Silverado and stops on a dime nice and easy with no bump steering or play on the wheel. A 3/4 ton rear end out of an '86 Chevy truck was bolted under the rear. The body is not perfect but it is very nice with no rust. Glass is all good, doors open nice and easy and lined up nice. Has original working heater. The truck was completely re-wired using painless wiring harness. Tilt steering with power steering added and a newly rebuilt steering box. The original seat has been re-built and recovered in a tan cloth. The windshield crank has been rebuilt and cranks out the front windshield quite smoothly. There is a new windshield wiper motor and blade on the drivers side. It has a nice full interior. All dash gauges work ( speedo, temp, gas, battery volts ) with good interior lights. Four new radial white walled tires were just installed with chrome 15" rims and baby moon hub caps. There is a custom made rear bumper with a hitch ball for towing. . The steering column has a turn signal lever with two new chrome, rear turning, glass lens lights and brackets. There is a new battery and good spare tire with cover. Truck has been custom painted with Hot Rod flats paint not a primer chocolate with maroon trim and custom patina................no complains from anyone thumbs up everywhere Vehicle is sold as is.........No warranty written or implied ............NO TRADES.I can store vehicle until you get your shipping in order..........and will help you in anything i can to make your shipping easy.
