HERE WE GO AGAIN.....THIS IS A RE-LIST!!!! PEOPLE PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND NOTE MY LOCATION IS IN VIRGINIA AND THAT THIS AUCTION IS FOR PICK UP ONLY!!!!!!!!!!! IT NEVER FAILS THAT EVERY FREAKIN' TIME I LIST A CAR ON EBAY, SOME NEWB WITH ZERO OR LOW FEEDBACK BIDS AND DOESN'T FOLLOW THRU ON THE AUCTION. IF YOU ARE A EBAY NEWB.......DON'T BID OR I WILL CANCEL THE BID AND RE-LIST. THIS IS GETTING OLD FAST!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU CAN'T READ OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH EVEN HALFWAY.......STAY AWAY FROM MY AUCTIONS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Overheats......needs water pump and coolant recovery canister. All else is good. New tires earlier this year. WE bought this car used 6 years ago and its been a great car. However we replaced it with a new car and are selling this one. It is in great shape and runs and drives nice. Interior is good. No accidents or body damage. It overheated and the coolant recovery canister has a split in it so as the engine temp starts to climb the antifreeze starts to squirt out of it. A new canister is around $40 at Autozone. There is another issue possibly.....maybe not but I am thinking it needs a waterpump because the coolant is not circulating. You can start it and let it warm up however as it starts to get up in the operating temp range, the heater does not ever get warm, it blows cold still and at the same time, the radiator does not get warm nor does the bottom radiator hose. The upper hose gets warm halfway from the engine to the radiator but thats it. The heater hoses do not get warm either which leads me to believe that the waterpump is not circulating. I may be wrong and it could be just air-locked as well as the canister is starting to spew at the same time. I don't feel like spending the money on the canister as well as changing the waterpump as this waterpump is driven by the timing chain and not the fan belts as other designs. Its not the average do it yourself waterpump job. With that said.....I am done and selling this car. It may be as simple as replacing the coolant canister or worse case the waterpump. I do not believe it is a head gasket as there is no white smoke from the exhaust and there is no pressure on the coolant system until it starts to warm up. Instead of sending it to the scrap yard I would like someone to fix this car or use it as a parts car to fix another as it is full of good parts and interior. Title is clear and in our possession. It starts and drives but you can't go far with it do to the issue. It also has a current VA inspection good till Aug 2015. A/C is ice cold, cruise control works, power windows work.......
