The body is solid without rust issues. Please look closely at the pictures as I have tried to capture the overall condition. The hood only has hail dings and there are minor door dings here and there. At some point and time the car has been repainted but doesn't look like the dings were removed first. Looks like a sand and spray job with no body work done. The interior has been replaced to cloth and does have a few tears. The dash is cracked could use a replacement. The convertible top is original and does move up and down okay, but most importantly, seals just fine. We just had 4 inches of rain and no leaks. The tires are fairly new, with under 5,000 miles. The car runs and drives but could use a tune-up. No warning lights come on dash, the light you see is the emergency brake is engaged.
