1979 Corvette - YELLOW with Black Interior. Built Small Block 400, Automatic Transmission, Nice Paint and Interior. Needs minor things to make it perfect. Mechanical: Built Small Block 400 (engine suffix CKP) Mild Cam, Runs Good, Shifts Good, Tachometer and Speedometer do not work, Horn is Not Working, Headlights do not pop up (common Corvette problem) - Heat Gauge and Oil Pressure Gauge both work, the important ones. It has newer exhaust, brakes are good but are not power, The steering wheel is not centered when driving - needs alignment. Good battery, Tires are in great shape and wheels look new. Gas tank has been patched at one time in its life. Interior: Seats have been recovered and carpet is newer, looks nice. Rear bin doors have been recovered with ostrich material. Over all the interior is in exceptional shape. (see pictures) Exterior: Newer paint good with some blemishes. Two bubbles dime size on passenger door and a place right above nose cone. Otherwise the paint looks great. Windshield has crack and the trim rings for the headlights are not installed but painted to match. This is a nice overall car with good frame and body lines. It just needs minor mechanical work to complete it. Least expensive running and driving Corvette you will find. I have attached videos of this car running.
