Offered for sale, here on Ebay, from KURT TANNER RESTORATIONS, is a 3000 MK3 BJ-8 Sports Convertible. It's the very desirable late double-light model which commands a premium once fully restored, some cars fetching over $100k at auction. This car is very attractively priced with a BUY IT NOW amount to allow the restorer to secure a valuable car, with little initial investment.This car was recently discovered in Virginia and now awaits restoration. It appears relatively complete and together, with very little missing. It's a typical East Coast car which needs all the usual Healey rust repair areas attending to, as seen by the photos. The frame underneath appears very straight and accident-free. The front suspension pick up points are excellent. There is some rust-through on the top of main chassis rails that occurred from the interior floors of the car rusting out. The engine in the car is not frozen and turns. The car retains it's original body tag and ID VIN plate, which matches the title. There are some additional parts provided with the car.
