1963 Ford Thunderbird convertible in driver condition Runs, drives, stops. Great looking classic convertible, the last year for the "bullet bird" and the only bullet bird with door "feathers"! Brakes work but booster needs replacing, there is a new remanufactured unit available and included with the sale of the car for the new owner to install. Top is not currently actuating. It did this spring, however, it developed a hydraulic issue. This is not an electrical issue, all relays and screw motors are working properly. It all worked fabulously prior to this spring and is quite a spectacular system to see function. Should be an easy fix for the shade tree mechanic. Dash has cracks on either side of the speaker enclosure. Original AM radio, no speaker in dash. Door panels are cracked on the bottom and very brittle. Heater core has been removed and bypassed. Overall the Interior looks very decent and presentable. Original drivetrain in very good mechanical condition Not a show car, or everyday driver but with very little work/attention will be ready for the cruise in or parade circuit by next spring! I purchased this vehicle from and elderly gentleman who had lost his vision and last had it on the road in 2005. It is currently registered in the state of PA as an antique historic vehicle.
