This is a GREAT car for someone wanting to fix up a sporty BMW convertible. The engine was rebuilt in 2012. Most of the issues with this car is cosmetic. I have tried to list below everything I know about the car and its current condition. I got another car, so I won't be driving this one anymore. The car has a very nice rebuilt engine (2012) and drives smoothly. No transmission slippage and no apparent drive train issuesGood alignment and tires are balanced3 Michelin tires (2 years old) and one Pirelli tire (last year)All engine belts were replaced in 2012. Nice full size spare tireNever been in a wreck or floodAM/FM radio with CD player (face can be taken off for security. I took it off so you could see. The mechanics of the roof are fine, just the material. There are currently no leaks in the top,The dash gauge panel stopped working, so the odometer, gas gauge, and speedometer doesn't work. Because of this, I keep the car full of coolant and gas, and I watch my speed when driving it. The air conditioner hose needs to be replaced, but the air conditioner compressor works.May have a leak in the coolant system/oil - I don't know, I just saw a few drops of something under car.The Odometer stopped working in 2010 at 49646. I put less than 10,000 miles per year since that so it is under 80,000 miles. Located off Sugar Creek Road in Charlotte, NC
