You are viewing a 1953 Singer Roadster. This is a true barn-find from San Dimas, California. The odometer reads 41,000 miles and I believe it's true. There is a Gulf Oil maintenance sticker from 1962 reflecting that mileage. The car was sitting in a trailer park having been covered with tarps. The car is loaded with the factory original parts including the rare Bakelite knobs and switches. The car was originally metallic blue. The interior may be original and is good for patterns only. The doors are loose as well as the decklid. The car will need woodwork but not entirely. The plywood parts are basically gone. The main frame rail wood is strong and without rot as well as all of the upper structure. The top appears complete with the door inserts. A very rare item for these cars.
