We are selling a 1999 Mercury Cougar with a 2.5L V6 engine. The front bumper cover has a tear in it and some little dents and dings around the car. Other than that the car runs and drives great. This vehicle was Maryland inspected and passed around 8 months ago but the inspection is no good now. This vehicle cannot be sold to any private Maryland bidders (wholesale dealers and dealers are more than welcome to bid).
