Hello, and welcome to my auction. Today I am offering a 1953 Ford Mainline in excellent running condition. I am the third owner of this car and it has been kept up and driven since day one. The car was a daily driver until 2001 when my buddy bought it from the original owner. He took good care of her and made sure to drive her and change out the fluids. The car itself has spent its entire life here in Pocatello Idaho. We live in a dry climate and have never salted our roads, so the car does not have a lot of rust. There is some rust along the rear panel and rocker on the drivers side. There is also a little rust along the back near the trunk. The drivers side door has a dent in it that will need to be pulled. It will be an easy one.The front bumper of the car also has a ding in it but it still fits on the car. I just took it off to make it easier to work on. The damage is the result of the car sliding off of the driveway and hitting a tree in 1999. The car starts right up and purrs like a kitty. The engine is original and matches the vehicle. The interior has been redone and looks great. The instrument panels and interior are in excellent shape and I have the head liner rails for the head liner. This car comes with all five original hub-caps, a handy jack, spare tire, head liner rails, original radiator, box of extra parts and all emblems. I almost forgot to mention that the hood opens and closes freely, I just was working on it when I snapped the photos and forgot to close it all the way. Please check out my video I have on YouTube.
