It ran great for the first 4+ years, but now we have an overheating issue. NOTE: The last 2 months it started to overheat. Our mechanic says that there is more than likely air being let into the coolant system, but they can't detect where it is being let in. We just installed a new radiator, but the problem still occurs. The heat does not work because the air pocket won't allow the coolant to flow through the system. They said it holds pressure when a pressure test is done, but doesn't hold a vacuum in the vacuum test, so it is letting a bit of air in the system, but isn't leaking anything out. They said it could be a small leak in the head gasket that they just can't detect or perhaps a crack in one of the heads of the motor.... We just aren't willing to put more money into searching for the cause. So you buy with this issue in mind. Otherwise, it ran fine before that. You can't drive it more than a couple miles before the warning bell dings. So, you will have to have this car towed. Buyer is responsible for transport of this vehicle. It has 119905 miles. No major insidences. There were a couple times that we got "bumped" by someone, but it was just cosmetic. There is a scratch on the front bumper, a bit of damage on the plastic at the bottom of the driver's side door, and some scratching on the plastic paneling elsewhere. There was some sort of minor accident reported by the first owner back in 2007. We don't know what that was. We are located in Denver, PA 17517. That is about an hour west of Philly and an hour east of Harrisburg on the PA Turnpike, 5 minutes off of exit 286. The carpeting and upholstry has some stains. The driver's side seat has power front and back, but it has a lot of trouble moving. It's best to set it and leave it where it is. Also, the round plastic crank that adjusts the seat angle is broken off. The key fob works, but the small loop that holds it onto the keychain is broken, so it is loose. The overhead sunglasses compartment has the little latch broken off on it. It still works, but the latch is missing. No air compressor. The car has a nice info center on the dash that will show you the temp., time left until an oil change, direction, instant gas milage and avg. gas mileage. Also, it has the projection on the windshield so you can see how fast you are going without looking down. It has a PA inspection until 6/14. At the last inspection, it has the tires at LF9, RF9, LR3, RR3. Buyer pays all title transfer fees and taxes. We love Azteks (we owned one before this car as well). But, after putting in a new radiator thinking that was the problem, and now it isn't, we just don't like jumping deeper into the issue. You should be a mechanic or know one if you want to purchase this car. We just changed the oil (5w-30 FULL SYNTHETIC) and just filled up the gas tank.
