Its been a project mating the correct engine ,I bought from washington state to this chassis i bought from a family farm in illinois. The story is in print in the book THE HARLEY IN THE BARN by tim cotter. Its a recent print page 64 .This is not a repop motor stand this is a REAL chassis .Forget that fake crap . I have the original tank but had a new one redone by a fellow antique motorcycle member of 30 years experance. this needs complete restoration but worth while. Restored value would be about 40+k . The engine is real nice ,the bore is clean one chipped fin . The motor came with its complete clutch which is impossable to find .Im the secound owner of this ,it been on the farm for three generations , true story its printed .It belonged to a ww1 veteran. Winning bidder gets the book also . It needs the exust pipe made , i have the drawings one petel crank and clutch lever . The headlamp and acetalene tank are a bonus. You cant drive them accross country, Too weak . These big singles pull like a twin cylinder . You guys that know , Know what these bikes are worth and their rarity.
