It has no serious rust issues. Has been in dry storage for a number of years. No panels need replacing. The skid plate covering the gas tank is a solid original, very hard to find these days. All power windows work. The paint is good, but not great. If you just want a good looking driver then just start driving . If you want a real beauty and a show piece, then I say give it a nice base coat/clear coat paint job. I have a painter here in New Jersey that would do the work if anyone is interested in that. There are small spots where some small surface rust spots are, but nothing horrid. The seats are good. The headliner is not great so I am going to have a new one installed this week. A rubber matting has been installed in the cargo area and I like it. If you want to replace that and go back to all carpet, then a kit can be purchase for under $250.00 which includes the wheel well carpets and all the carpeted rear panels. I have another rear bumper that I am also going to install on the Jeep as this one has a few marks and a couple of minor dings. The one I have is excellent and will be going on as soon as the rain stops! I will be adding more photos of the interior and any additional exterior photos anyone requests. This is not a $30,000.00 Jeep but I have owned a few of these over the years and this one is very solid and has the potential to be great with very little additional investment. If great is not your ambition then here is a Jeep you can cruise in and enjoy the summer and fall. They are also great in the snow and will go through snow when others can't. They were the top of the line in their day and are still a great driving vehicle today. They are quickly becoming a collectors item , as this beauty is now 25 years old and now a classic! On Jul-06-13 at 13:05:23 PDT, seller added the following information: I have added photos of the undercarriage to give everyone a very clear picture of how clean this Jeep is. Many Jeeps are totally missing the skid plate and have some bad frame rot. This Jeep has none of that. Examine the skid plate and the bolts that secure it, along with the surrounding framework. You can see some surface rust in places but that is all it is, no rusting out. To completely treat even the surface rust is a bit of wire brushing and some anti rust, gloss black paint, and it is ready for another 25 years minimum. No welding, rockers, quarters, skid plate, floor sections etc needed. Totally solid. That is what counts most on these vehicles. Ask anyone that owns one. I want the buyer to know what he or she is getting. The link to the undercarriage photos is: https://plus.google.com/photos/104309728512072255886/albums/5897592834036201953?banner=pwa
