Vehicle Detail

1979 Porsche 911SC (Europe Market Edition) Estate Collection Liquidation Sale For your consideration, this extremely rare carbureted 1979 Porsche 911SC Europe Market Edition car is presented to you. Buyers are encouraged to submit all offers from $100 up to the Asking Price indicated above, keeping in mind all offers are weighed against competing offers. The number at which you can reach me is: 1 (323) 776-9304 Clean and clear title in hand. Very rare "grey market" import 911SC, legally in the United States with rare dual Porsche carburetors. This is your one opportunity to acquire what others seek and do not have the ability to own. All license plates mounted on car will remain mounted and are included in sale. Includes an additional set of genuine Porsche turbo power seats in black leather, as pictured, ready to be mounted. Title and documents will be FedEx'd anywhere in the world to the buyer at seller's cost. No fees or charges are paid to the seller. Buyer pays only the purchase price. Starts up easily even after sitting for weeks. Total of 6 tires included. Four (4) matching high-end Yokohama uni-directional rotation tires included. Two Yokohamas of 4 are mounted on front wheels currently, while the rear Yokohamas are included and are stored for transport inside the car. The rear tires currently mounted are also included. New and unused genuine Lloyd's signed and identified Porsche script front floor mats included. All license plates mounted on car will remain mounted and are included in sale. Multiple videos below and more than 2,200 high definition photographs included below. The following two demonstration videos are provided to you. The first movie consists of a 360 degree walk around the car with various standing and kneeling angles, as if you were looking at the car in person. It also demonstrates doors opening/closing and the same for hood/bonnet and engine cover and concludes with an absolutely cold start after the car hadn't been run in several days. The film is about 10 minutes long: The second and last movie is an on road driving demonstration using a fixed-mount camera position, showing all gear speeds, braking, steering and suspension operation. The video is about 5 and a half minutes long for your viewing pleasure There is nothing being intentionally hidden about this Porsche, as so many people do in ads and auctions, as you'll see very clearly from more than massive number of pictures and multiple videos in the auction. You don't get 100% positive feedback over 14 years of registration by intentionally hiding things. Clean and clear Florida title with NY-reassigned VIN included. NY (New York) State affixed a permanent badge to the interior pillar door jamb of this car upon its import into the United States as a Private Individual Import (also known as a "grey market" import) which indicates a permanent new VIN, which is "38736." This VIN is indicated by a permanent unremoveable badge mounted on the driver's side chassis-side door jamb. This VIN matches the Florida title, which is perfectly valid. The factory VIN is also indicated on the chassis behind the fuel tank, stamped into the steel of the unibody chassis. This VIN is useful for historical research purposes. For an additional $350, you may obtain a Florida title with this VIN as well if you'd you like...that VIN stamped into the chassis is *91A0130050*. The important digit in that VIN is the 6th position digit, which is a "3" in this case. The 3 indicates this is a non-U.S. car, which is vitally important for value purposes. If there is something you should know about the car of which I am aware, it's available to you in the auction. I have gone far out of my way by shooting hundreds and hundreds of photos not just of every imaginable angle, but also in multiple lighting conditions, even multiple cameras, and I did videos for you -- by doing this you don't have to rely on a seller's "interpretation" of characteristics of the car, but instead you can draw your own conclusions from what you see.My goal is that if you use everything I provide to you, you get a more thorough demonstration of the car than if you came to see a car in person. I also go out of my way to make sure people are satisfied. I work hard to make sure I get specific positive feedback comments; I don't take it lightly, and it means a lot to me. I look forward to getting to know you if you'd like me to (or if you'd like to buy the Porsche without me getting to know you, that's OK too!)! The following photo album displays the more than 2,200 total available pictures in the album. Depending on your computer, it may automatically display the first 100 photographs in the album, automatically advancing to the next picture without you have to click anything. Regardless of your computer setup, to view all of the photographs, hover your mouse pointer over the bottom-right corner of whatever picture you are viewing, then left-click the play button repetitively to advance the pictures. Alternatively, you can click the "View all" button at the bottom right of the album: As eBay says, a single picture is worth a thousand words. eBay strongly recommends the best practice of providing as many photos as possible and letting the photos do the talking, rather than trying to describe in words what can be seen in a photo or trying to recreate in words what already is in provided photos. I have been registered on eBay 14 years and have 100% positive feedback. If your impression of a picture/video differs from what I've written or said, then your own opinion should govern your conclusion. If you have any questions, you can message me through the eBay messaging system, which eBay indicates is always the preferred method of communication. Or if you prefer, you may call. If there is no answer, leave a voice message and I will return your call. The number at which you can reach me is: (323) 776-Nine-Three-Zero-Four. That is not a South Florida area code. That is a California area code, despite the car being in South Florida. I wish the new owner of this superb and stunningly beautiful 34 year old Porsche unlimited and unending happiness with his or her new acquisition, and hope it goes to someone who appreciates it. Purchase Rules: Full payment is due within within 7 calendar days of auction ending by either cash in-person to be transacted at a bank during banking hours or bank wire transfer only. (Once you receive a fraudulent cashier's check from a buyer, you'll never accept another one either!). Full payment required by bank wire transfer within 7 calendar days of clicking Buy-It-Now or acceptance of negotiated offer. 2 weeks of 100% FREE storage is offered, with time commencing inclusive of the day Buy-It-Now is clicked or acceptance of negotiated offer. Storage in excess of 2 weeks will be charged at $250 per week or any portion thereof. If you pay by cash in-person, my assistant will meet you in a local branch of a major national bank to accept the cash in-person and it will be deposited immediately in your presence and the bank teller will check each currency note for legitimacy as a routine bank measure. Pickup or transport may not occur until funds have cleared. Any in-person inspections desired must occur prior to using the Buy-It-Now feature or submitting an offer. I do not offer a warranty on anything that I sell, ever, as a matter of personal philosophy -- this Porsche is As Is with absolutely no warranty of any kind expressed or implied. Other than as can be confirmed in videos/pictures to be functioning, no testing of this car or its mechanical/electrical aspects of have been done and there is no implication that something works on it that hasn't been specifically demonstrated to be working in a video, photo or text; you should not assume something works, is present or mounted in the same fashion as would have worked, been present or mounted when this car was new or last in regular use on the road. For liability and safety concerns, I must state that all systems have to be professionally safety-checked prior to your use of this car regardless of whether the vehicle was test driven in a video herein. Normal FedEx costs are the responsibility of the seller no matter where in the United States or rest of the the world the buyer needs to receive the documents and keys.
