Up for auction we have a one owner 1998 Volkswagen Beetle. This vehicle has a CLEAN Carfax with no accidents. The 2.0-liter six cylinder engine runs smooth and pulls well in every gear. The VW 2.0 liter SOHC engine has been in the VW lineup for two decades. It is a workhorse and known to be quite reliable. The manual transmission is solid with no signs of slippage in the clutch. The ride is smooth and tight considering the year and mileage. Tires have about 75% tread remaining and the brakes grab good with no squeaks.
The interior is clean with minimal wear (see pics). The exterior has it’s minor dings, dents, scratches and blemishes as can be expected with a fifteen year old vehicle. Please inspect the provided pictures for a complete visual analysis. No hidden secrets here, pictures do not lie.
